SHIPPING POLICY

The Label Gaia is committed to delivering your order with quality & secure packaging within the given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sundays & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition & in the shortest period, we have tied up with reputed logistics providers in India.

How is the delivery charge calculated for multiple units?

We provide free shipping Pan India for all orders paid using a debit card, credit card, net banking or UPI. We also provide Pan India facility of paying using Cash On Delivery for your products at INR 300 (up to INR5,000 only)

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days. For most orders, shipping time varies from 3 to 10 working days for domestic orders and 7-21 working days for international orders. Once an order is shipped, you will receive the tracking details of the shipment via email.

What if the product is received in damaged condition?

If you think, you have received the product in damaged condition or if the packaging has been tampered with before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91 8591539638 or email us at customercare@thelabelgaia.com mentioning details of the issue including your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing are intact when you send us the product back.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

www.thelabelgaia.com reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.

Note

While accepting the order from our logistics partner, if you notice that the package is in a damaged condition or if the packaging has been tampered with before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91 8591539638 or email us at customercare@thelabelgaia.com mentioning your Order ID and the exact details of the issue. We will investigate the same on priority and within 24 hours we will update you about our investigation and provide details of the new replacement package.
