CANCELLATION & EXCHANGE POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our Customer Care team:

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Pre-paid orders cannot be canceled.

  • In case of cancellation for pre-paid orders, a credit note valid for 90 days will be issued.


EXCHANGE POLICY

Sale Items:
  • All items purchased from the Sale Section are not eligible for exchange or refunds.

Non-Sale Items:
  • Items not on sale can be exchanged for a credit note equivalent to the cost of the product.

  • Cash or monetary refunds are not provided.

ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE:
  • Exchanges can be made within 30 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging along with proof of purchase.

  • Returned items will undergo a quality check. Items failing to meet the conditions will be returned at your cost, and no reimbursement will be made.


EXCHANGE PROCESS

You can choose one of the following options:

  1. Courier Return (Customer Pays):
  2. Pick-Up Facility (Small Charge):
    • The Label Gaia can arrange a return pick-up for a small charge, which will be communicated to you beforehand.


CREDIT NOTE

  • All eligible exchanged items are converted into a credit coupon valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

  • The credit note excludes shipping charges.

  • The credit note can be used on our website during checkout.

HOW TO REDEEM YOUR CREDIT NOTE:

  1. Add items to your cart on the website.

  2. Enter the credit note code in the ‘DISCOUNT CODE’ field at checkout.

  3. Click ‘Apply’ – the discount will be reflected immediately.

  4. For any issues, contact our Customer Care team for assistance.


CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) POLICY

  • COD is available only for deliveries within India.

  • COD is applicable for orders up to INR 1000.

  • nominal charge of INR 100 will be applied for COD orders.
