1. SHIPPING POLICY

The Label Gaia is committed to delivering your order with quality and secure packaging within the given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sundays and public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition and in the shortest period, we have partnered with reputed logistics providers in India.

1.1 SHIPPING CHARGES

• Free Shipping: Free shipping is available Pan India on all orders above INR 1,000 paid via debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI.

• Standard Shipping: Orders below INR 1,000 will be charged a flat shipping fee of ₹100 Pan India.

1.2 DELIVERY TIMELINE

Order Dispatch: Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Delivery Time:
• Domestic Orders: 3–10 working days from dispatch
• International Orders: 7–21 working days from dispatch

Tracking: Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you via email.

1.3 DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES

If you receive a product in damaged condition or if the packaging appears tampered with, please take the following steps immediately:

• Refuse to accept the package
• Return the package to the delivery person
• Do not open or use the product

Resolution: We will ensure a brand-new replacement is issued at no additional cost, provided the original product tag and packaging are intact.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

2.1 COMPANY'S RIGHT TO CANCEL

www.thelabelgaia.com reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice if requirements cannot be met. Any applicable refund or cancellation communication will be completed within a reasonable time.

Please note that orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return as per our Return Policy.

3. IMPORTANT NOTE

While accepting delivery, please inspect the package carefully. If the package is damaged, tampered with, or appears opened, refuse delivery immediately and contact our customer care with your Order ID.
